- Two Teams: Team 1 builds Luxury Apartments 🏨 and Team 2 builds Office Towers 🏢
- Earn Money: Click the "💰 Earn Money" button to answer a science question
- Answer Questions: Each question has 7 possible answers (Density, Solubility, Magnetism, Mass, Conductivity, Volume, or Physical States)
- Wrong Answer? You lose your turn and the other team gets to answer a question!
- Correct Answer? Great! Now click a button at the bottom to place your property on a continent
- Strategic Choice: Choose which continent AND which property type to build - but remember, only ONE team can build each property type on each continent!
- Take Turns: After placing a property, it becomes the other team's turn automatically

- Control Continents: To control a continent, you need to build 4 out of 7 properties on that continent
- Six Continents: North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia
- Seven Properties: Density, Solubility, Magnetism, Mass, Conductivity, Volume, and Physical States
